NAHUM: GOD'S JUDGMENT AND COMFORT IN TUMULTUOUS TIMES

On Sunday, September 7, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. a three-week Bible study class will begin entitled "Nahum:  God's Judgment and Comfort in Tumultuous Times."  We shall examine the book of the prophet Nahum, who foresaw the destruction of the dominant power of his day, Assyria, as represented by its great city of Nineveh.  We shall read and consider God's Word for Nahum's time and the significance of this Word of God for us in 2008 as we face many challenges and opportunities in a tumultuous world.

Classes will be held in the cafeteria at 9:30 a.m. on three Sundays, September 7, 14, and 21.  Each class will stand on its own if you cannot attend them all.  Glenn Emley is our teacher.  You will not want to miss this opportunity to learn and to know this book and prophet of God—Nahum.
